Job Description

Samey AI is looking for a talented AI Developer to design, implement, and optimize advanced AI models and algorithms, focusing on large language models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate these AI solutions into our products, enhancing their performance and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize AI models and algorithms.
• Work extensively with large language models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Train and fine-tune models to improve performance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

📚 Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in AI development or a related field.
• Experience in building AI products and working in a startup environment is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.

🔧 Technical Skills:

• Python
• TensorFlow / PyTorch
• Natural Language Processing (NLP) frameworks
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
• Data preprocessing tools

Salary, Perks, and Benefits:

💷 Competitive Salary: CTC of ₹10 LPA - ₹12 LPA, based on experience.

🗓️ Flexible Schedule: Availability required on weekends from 9 am - 6 pm BST. Wednesday and Thursday will be off.
