Job Overview:
We are hiring a skilled Python Developer with experience in AI chatbot development and Model Context Protocol (MCP). The ideal candidate will build intelligent, context-aware conversational systems and contribute to backend architecture and knowledge pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable AI chatbots using Python and integrate them with large language model (LLM) APIs such as OpenAI or Google AI.
Implement and manage Model Context Protocol (MCP) for context optimization, session control, and model-aware conversations.
Build secure pipelines for knowledge base access to support accurate chatbot responses.
Collaborate with internal teams to define and improve contextual metadata strategy, including user roles, state, and query history.
Contribute to the development of internal tools and frameworks for contextual AI applications.
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Python development.
Proven expertise in AI chatbot development, especially with LLMs.
Strong understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and its use in enhancing conversation accuracy and relevance.
Hands-on experience with AI APIs such as OpenAI or Azure OpenAI.
Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS.
Experience in processing and structuring unstructured data from sources like PDFs, Google Docs, or Confluence.
Proficient in building RESTful APIs, working with event-driven architectures, and implementing context-aware services.
Good knowledge of data privacy, security practices, and enterprise AI compliance standards.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (required)
Master’s degree (preferred)
Certifications:
MCP certification (preferred)
Additional Information:
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
Experience in Python, LLM APIs, MCP, and AI is mandatory.
