Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in business analysis, advanced Excel skills, and strong critical thinking abilities. This role requires the ability to communicate details effectively across various teams and maintain a high level of accuracy while managing a staff planning and resource model that drives financial decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a large resource model by understanding business logic and financial impacts of changes.
- Coordinate across departments to ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail when updating data.
- Document process flows and suggest process improvements.
- Set up standard operating procedures for tracking and approving changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Knowledge of Smartsheet is a plus.
- Experience with project management methodologies is desirable.
