Job Description: Application Lead
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Application Lead to drive the design, development, and configuration of applications using Python. As the primary point of contact for the project team, you will oversee the end-to-end application development process, ensuring successful project delivery and providing technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Development: Lead the design, development, and configuration of applications utilizing Python.
- Project Leadership: Act as the main point of contact for the project team, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and meet specified requirements.
- Technical Guidance: Provide mentorship and technical support to junior developers, promoting best practices and skill development.
- Technology Awareness: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Python and related technologies to ensure the team leverages current best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
- Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Python web frameworks such as Django or Flask.
- Familiarity with database technologies including MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git or SVN.
Additional Information:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Python development.
- Educational Qualification: Minimum 15 years of full-time education required, preferably in computer science or a related field.
- Location: This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
