Responsibilities
Act as the liaison between technology organizations and end-users regarding technology needs.
Plan, conduct, and direct the analysis of business needs that require resolution through custom application interfaces or other technical solutions.
Assist in client specification and needs analysis, including program interfaces between various applications, testing interfaces, and implementing projects.
Work directly with clients and internal customers to provide ongoing training, answer application questions, support user needs, and recommend solutions.
Required Skills
Experience in data analysis with large volumes of data.
Proficient in database design and setup based on regulatory requirements.
Experience in system migration and managing data element mapping tasks.
Understanding of financial data, including general ledger and contractual-level wholesale retail products.
Strong SQL skills and familiarity with writing BRDs and FRDs; knowledge of JIRA is a plus.
Capable individual contributor who can define and prioritize work, and create and execute a project roadmap.
Excellent communication skills to understand and clarify business requirements.
Proactive problem-solver who seeks collaboration for clarifications.
