Job Description:
We are looking for a Call Center Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to improving customer service performance. The ideal candidate will analyze call center data, track key quality assurance metrics, and generate insights to predict customer trends. This role involves monitoring KPIs, producing regular analytics reports, and making recommendations for process improvements. You will also assist in recommending QA software and training strategies for the customer support team to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze call center data to identify trends and generate actionable insights.
  • Track and monitor KPIs and quality metrics to improve performance.
  • Provide regular analytics reports to upper management.
  • Make recommendations for process and policy improvements based on data.
  • Suggest call center QA software and training to enhance customer service.
  • Develop a strong understanding of products, performance, and functional requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma (Preferred)
  • Experience: 1 year of total work experience preferred
