Your Role in Our Mission
Create accurate mapping documents according to the mapping process.
Deliver first draft solutions for ETL, Reporting, and Conversion of coding by swiftly understanding which mapping details can be deferred.
Support the ETL, Reporting, and Conversion developers based on the created mappings.
Collaborate closely with the configuration team and DBAs to ensure alignment between configurations, interfaces, and mappings.
What We're Looking For
Responsible for performing research and requirement analysis, creating and designing mapping documents, and presenting findings to team members, clients, and vendors.
Determine best practices and provide suggestions to improve current practices.
Basic Skills:
Healthcare/business knowledge in one or more of the following areas: member eligibility, TPL, claims processing, provider, or pharmacy claims.
Good to excellent SQL skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Experience in data mapping.
Familiarity with one or more of the following areas: Conversion, Interface, Reporting.
Experience with QXNT is preferred, but not required.
