lessburn is seeking a Market Researcher to drive business growth through data analysis and consumer insights. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver passionate about market research and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct extensive research activities, including list research, list building, and data mining.
- Build customized databases with contact-level and decision-maker details per client requirements.
- Perform data formatting, cleansing, standardization, deduplication, and case conversions.
- Utilize search engines to gather data about various entities.
- Find key contact person details (e.g., job titles, emails) for organizations.
- Research mid-to-senior level executives across industries using LinkedIn, Google, and online databases.
- Utilize research tools to capture and analyze data effectively.
- Meet and exceed assigned productivity targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Work as part of a team and follow ethical work practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 0-6 months (Freshers preferred).
- Strong internet research skills and keyword usage.
- Ability to find innovative search methods and sources.
- Highly motivated, quick, and accurate in data research.
- Comfortable working under strict targets.
- Strong computer skills and understanding of the internet.
- IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and Web Research.
