Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to interpret complex data sets. You will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights that support business decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Gather and organize large data sets from various sources.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity through data cleaning and validation processes.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Use statistical techniques and software to interpret data and generate insights.
Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Develop and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports to support various business functions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, operations, and IT, to understand data needs and deliver insights.
Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic planning and business initiatives.
Utilize data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Excel, Python, R, and data visualization tools like Metabase, Tableau, or Power BI.
Stay updated with the latest data analysis techniques and tools to continuously improve data practices.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
Proven experience working with large data sets and performing complex data analysis.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis tools such as Python, R, or SAS.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in handling significant amounts of information.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
Strong problem-solving skills and a critical thinking mindset.
Experience with machine learning and predictive modeling.
Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar.

Location: Mumbai

Work Arrangement: Flexible, including hybrid options. Mon-Fri.
