About the Job:
We are seeking Data Analytics Trainees for our upcoming traineeship program. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build foundational skills in data analytics.
Data Analytics Trainee Responsibilities:
- Week 1 & 2: Training Modules – Candidates will complete assigned learning modules to build core competencies.
- Week 3: Live Project – Candidates will apply their knowledge by working on a live project provided by the company.
- Week 4: Project Report – Candidates will prepare and submit a comprehensive report based on their project.
Data Analytics Trainee Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing one.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer applications, especially MS Office.
- Personal Attributes: High levels of accountability, self-motivation, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Core Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills, effective time and project management, presentation abilities, leadership, and clear communication.
- Other Qualities: Creativity, ability to delegate tasks when necessary, openness to feedback, and adaptability.
