Job Description:
KultureHire is seeking dynamic and passionate Data Analyst Trainers to work with college students in Attur, Tamil Nadu. The role involves conducting training sessions on data analytics tools like Excel, SQL, and Power BI, while overseeing end-to-end project execution. The trainer will be responsible for simplifying complex topics, providing hands-on learning experiences, and ensuring successful delivery of training programs.
Key Responsibilities:

Training & Student Engagement:
- Conduct interactive training sessions on data analytics (Excel, SQL, Power BI).
- Simplify complex topics to ensure understanding of industry applications.
- Provide hands-on learning experiences, guiding students through assignments and projects.
- Offer real-time feedback and support for better learning outcomes.

Project Management & Execution:
- Manage end-to-end execution of data analytics projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and implement solutions for seamless delivery.

Stakeholder Coordination & Fieldwork:
- Coordinate with college faculty, students, and industry partners.
- Visit campuses to conduct workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Work with trainers and subject matter experts to improve curriculum quality.

Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze data to evaluate student performance and training effectiveness.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to measure success.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to enhance training approaches.
Job Type:
Pay:
- Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
