Bluez Informatics Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join the Data Conversion team. The role involves converting, validating, and managing data from various formats to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Data Conversion: Convert data from sources like Excel, CSV, XML, SQL into the required format using appropriate tools.
- Data Validation: Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies in converted data.
- Data Cleansing: Correct errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies to maintain data integrity.
- Data Mapping: Assist in mapping data from source systems to target systems.
- Documentation: Document the data conversion process and maintain detailed records.
- Collaboration: Work with IT, Business Analysts, and Data Engineers to support data migration.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on data conversion tools and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related field.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of data formats (e.g., CSV, XML, JSON) and databases (e.g., SQL). Familiarity with data conversion tools and proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience: No prior experience required, but internships or academic projects in data-related fields are a plus.
