Key Responsibilities
Collect data from multiple sources and various formats to build comprehensive datasets.
Clean and preprocess data ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness by handling missing values, outliers, and other data quality challenges.
Analyze large datasets using statistical tools and programming languages such as Python or R to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
Perform statistical inference and draw meaningful conclusions to support data-driven decision making.
Assist in developing and deploying machine learning models including regression, classification, and clustering algorithms.
Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and validation techniques to ensure accuracy.
Create visualizations to effectively communicate insights using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders to highlight findings and recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, developers, and business professionals to understand and meet business requirements.
Document methodologies, processes, and findings clearly and concisely for future reference and reproducibility.
Continuously learn new data science techniques, tools, and industry best practices through training and mentorship opportunities.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in the data science field to maintain a competitive edge.
Required Skills and Qualifications
