Dell Technologies is seeking a skilled End User Computing Sales Engineer to join its Client Solutions Group in Bangalore. In this role, you will be a trusted technical advisor to customers, guiding them through pre-sales activities and presenting Dell's advanced End User Computing (EUC) solutions. You will play a critical part in designing and positioning endpoint solutions that drive digital transformation across client environments.
Partner with the field sales team to develop account strategies and technical engagement plans.
Deliver product demonstrations, customer presentations, and hands-on proof-of-concept sessions.
Guide customers on Dell’s EUC portfolio, including desktop virtualization, cloud client computing, and endpoint management.
Support product evaluations and address technical objections to shorten the sales cycle.
Facilitate virtual or in-person engagements and offer pre-sales technical expertise throughout the customer journey.
4–6 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems integration, or technical pre-sales.
Strong background in deploying and managing end-user environments, including desktops, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), and server platforms.
Understanding of systems administration and enterprise IT ecosystems.
Excellent communication, time management, and customer engagement skills.
Hands-on experience with Citrix, VMware Horizon, Microsoft Windows 10, and Server OS 2012/2016.
Systems management or desktop automation experience.
Technical certifications (e.g., Citrix, VMware, Microsoft) are a plus.
