    Preferred candidate profile

     

    1. Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent degree in Business Analysis, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
    2. Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other analytics platforms, with a strong understanding of tracking implementation, event setup, and data interpretation.
    3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
    4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to think critically and strategically.

     

    Role & responsibilities

     

    1. Utilize GA4 and other analytics tools to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets from various sources, including websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.
    2. Interpret data trends, patterns, and anomalies to identify key insights and opportunities for optimization and improvement.
    3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to develop data-driven strategies and solutions.
    4. Create and present comprehensive reports and dashboards to executive leadership, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and actionable recommendations.
    5. Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions or challenges, providing timely and relevant insights to support decision-making.
    6. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics and business intelligence, and proactively recommend innovative approaches to data analysis.
