As an AI Customer Success Engineer on the GForce team, you’ll lead the charge in accelerating AI-powered success for our clients and internal teams. This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the intersection of technology, customer enablement, and AI adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop intelligent Agents that can, in turn, build other Agents, demonstrating hands-on AI and platform engineering skills.
Collaborate with pre-sales, implementation, and post-sales teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into the customer journey, accelerating adoption and outcomes.
Quickly analyze and resolve customer challenges, removing barriers to scalable adoption.
Provide proactive, hands-on technical support to customers throughout their Agentforce lifecycle.
Work directly with product teams to gather customer insights, identify tooling requirements, and shape product roadmaps.
Continuously explore the latest AI trends and bring innovative ideas into our internal tools and external solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field is required.
Deep expertise in the Salesforce platform and ecosystem.
Strong knowledge of AI technologies including machine learning and natural language processing.
Proficient in Apex, Java, and Python.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to perform in ambiguous and dynamic environments.
Deep customer empathy and a drive to help clients achieve success through AI.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to thrive in cross-functional, collaborative teams.
Highly adaptable with a growth mindset; comfortable with change and rapid iteration.
Strong bias for action and ownership mindset.
Willingness to travel up to 20% per month.
