Role: Fraud and Risk Operations Associate
Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
Work Mode: Work From Office
Educational Qualification: Graduation Completed (Not pursuing/dropout/12th)
Experience: Freshers with strong verbal and written communication skills (MALE PREFERRED)
Division: E-commerce
Shift: Rotational (Any 9 hours between 8 AM - 9 PM)
Contract Length: 6 Months (Full-time, Fresher, Contractual/Temporary)
Salary: ₹10,800.00 per month
Start Date: 16/12/2024
Fraud Detection:
Investigate buyer fraud patterns and eliminate confirmed fraudulent orders.
Buyer Validation:
Contact suspicious buyers via email or call to validate order history.
Incident Management:
Handle incidents and ensure closure within the defined SLA.
Email Management:
Respond to buyer and seller emails, providing resolutions within SLA.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (required).
Language Skills:
Fluent in English (preferred).
Willingness to Travel:
100% availability required.
