Staar Payout Private Limited is a fast-growing FinTech company specializing in payment orchestration and real-time financial services worldwide.
Their tech stack includes Django-based microservices, Django Templates for frontend, and REST APIs.
The company is working on modernizing frontend stacks and optimizing architecture for performance, security, and scalability.
Develop, maintain, and optimize Django-based web applications and RESTful microservices.
Build dynamic UIs using Django Templates, Vanilla JavaScript, jQuery, and ES6+ features.
Work with PostgreSQL databases, Celery task queues, Redis caching, and AWS infrastructure.
Integrate frontend logic with backend services via AJAX/fetch to enable smooth user interactions without full-page reloads.
Improve UI interactions and progressively enhance frontend features using modern JavaScript best practices.
Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD and secure deployment.
Conduct code reviews, write clean maintainable code, and contribute to architectural decisions.
2–5 years experience in Django or similar Python frameworks.
Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and jQuery.
Experience with Django Template rendering, CSRF protection, and secure web practices.
Good knowledge of REST API consumption, AJAX/fetch, and cross-service integrations.
Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, and Celery.
Understanding of security threats like XSS, CSRF, IDOR in transactional systems.
Experience with tools such as Git, Docker, and basic AWS services (S3, EC2, RDS).
Experience migrating from jQuery to modern JavaScript frameworks (Alpine.js, Stimulus).
Familiarity with frontend build tools like Webpack, Babel, ESLint, Prettier.
Basic knowledge of payment gateways, Payin/Payout systems, or compliance workflows.
Exposure to Prometheus/Grafana monitoring and NGINX/Gunicorn server setups.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
1 year of total work experience preferred.
1 year experience with Django, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL preferred.
