Job Description:
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer (Fresher) to join our team in Palarivattom, Kochi. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for leading and managing software development teams, designing and developing backend systems, mobile applications using Flutter, and maintaining APIs. This position also involves overseeing application hosting, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring code quality through reviews and automated testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter.
- Design, implement, and maintain APIs to support various applications.
- Oversee hosting and deployment of applications to ensure reliability and availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews and automated testing.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of hosting and deployment practices.
- Experience in leading and handling software development teams.
- Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages (Node.js, Python, Java).
- Experience with Flutter for mobile application development.
- Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation.
- Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
