Job Title: Loan Verification Officer
Location: Egra Head Office, Medinipur, West Bengal
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000 - ₹12,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify loan application documents for accuracy and authenticity (income proofs, ID proofs, financial statements).
- Assess loan eligibility by cross-checking applicant information with company criteria.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and verification processes.
- Liaise with clients, credit analysts, and other departments to resolve discrepancies.
- Enter verified data into the company's database and maintain accurate records.
- Detect potential fraud indicators and escalate suspicious cases.
- Communicate with applicants to verify missing information or resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare detailed verification reports for management and approval teams.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
- Prior experience in loan processing, banking, or a related field is preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of local regulations in the financial sector.
Work Location: In person, Egra Head Office (with occasional travel required)
