Position Overview
We are inviting applications for the role of Manager, Business Analyst - Data. In this position, you will play a key role in understanding supply chain data and processes, gathering requirements from stakeholders, and designing/developing data processing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Understanding: Analyze and interpret supply chain data and processes.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design data solutions.
- Data Management: Work with RDBMS, Azure services, data modeling, and ETL processes.
- Compute Management: Oversee data pipelines and batch scheduling.
- Automation: Automate data access using logic apps.
Qualifications We Seek
Minimum Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in data analysis, management, and deliverables.
- Strong understanding of one or more of the following database technologies: Oracle, MS SQL Server, Teradata, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
- Proficiency in ETL scripts, SSIS packages, SSRS reporting, and MSSQL profiling tools.
- Hands-on experience with cloud services, including Azure, GCP, and AWS.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and GitHub.
- Experience with data flow tools like Alteryx and SSIS.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the framework and lifecycle of technology projects.
- Strong understanding of Business Intelligence and end-to-end data warehousing architecture.
- Professional experience in database development, data modeling, and ETL design.
- Ability to design and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team or independently.
- Personal drive and a positive work ethic to deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to various work environments and engagement types.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a Data Analyst or Oracle/MSBI Developer with a strong background in design, prototyping, and developing robust applications for consumer and enterprise products.
