What Would You Do?
You will:
Help transform back office and network operations.
Improve customer experience and reduce cost-to-serve.
Work to minimize the impact of IT infrastructure issues.
Investigate and address root causes of recurring technical incidents.
Take corrective action to prevent issue recurrence.
Preferably bring customer support experience and networking knowledge.
What Are We Looking For?
Good customer support experience (preferred).
Knowledge of basic networking concepts.
Ability to analyze problems and suggest resolutions.
