Job Summary:
QONO TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a Pre-Sales Business Analyst to join their team. This role involves understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, conducting market research, and collaborating with sales and technical teams to drive business opportunities. Ideal for individuals with strong analytical and communication skills who want to bridge the gap between business and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
- Work closely with sales teams and clients to understand business needs.
- Identify client challenges and recommend suitable business solutions.
- Assist in preparing Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs), and Statement of Work (SOWs).
Proposal & Solution Development:
- Collaborate with technical teams to define feasible solutions.
- Draft detailed proposals, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and pricing.
- Ensure proposals align with client expectations and business goals.
Client Communication & Demos:
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
- Address client queries and provide clarifications on technical solutions.
- Act as a communication bridge between sales, technical teams, and clients.
Market & Competitor Research:
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
- Identify business opportunities and propose value-driven solutions.
- Monitor competitor offerings and positioning.
Collaboration & Documentation:
- Work with internal teams to refine and enhance business offerings.
- Document business requirements, workflows, and solution roadmaps.
- Maintain an organized repository of proposals, case studies, and past RFPs.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 0 to 4 years in pre-sales, business analysis, or a related role.
- Technical & Business Acumen: Ability to understand technical solutions and present business value.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for client interactions and presentations.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data and business trends to make informed recommendations.
- Proposal Writing: Experience in preparing RFPs, RFIs, and SOWs (preferred but not mandatory for freshers).
- Tools & Technologies: Familiarity with CRM tools, documentation platforms, and business analysis frameworks is a plus.
