Role Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery operations, ensure governance compliance, manage client expectations, and drive business value through operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Delivery Management
Ensure seamless and timely delivery of all assigned projects.
Design an optimal project delivery structure post-transition, based on budget, risk, and staffing analysis.
Create quarterly project charters with defined weekly milestones, ensuring adherence to cost, quality, effort, and time.
Maintain 100% compliance with all project SLAs, information security protocols, and contractual commitments.
Monitor internal and external audit findings and proactively implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with technical delivery teams to track project health against defined metrics.
Conduct quality audits and ensure alignment with organizational standards.
Schedule regular sessions with QA teams to pre-empt and resolve potential issues.
Coordinate with Workforce Management Group (WMG) to achieve 100% talent fulfillment.
Ensure accurate project data and documentation in Confluence and SAP platforms.
Maintain adherence to expected ramp-down (ERD) timelines as defined in the MSA.
2. Client Engagement and Relationship Management
Identify and deploy integrated solutions across client portfolios to maximize business value.
Conduct regular customer meetings and participate in Management Review Meetings (MRMs).
Track evolving customer needs and gather feedback to optimize delivery methodologies.
Detect early warning signs on projects and implement timely corrective measures.
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with delivery managers and client leadership.
Identify and mine new opportunities for portfolio expansion within existing accounts.
Design and share performance dashboards and project health reports with clients.
3. Governance and Performance Tracking
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports to track project delivery metrics.
Conduct review meetings with delivery teams on quality, operations, and resource optimization.
Implement new ideas to enhance productivity and efficiency in ongoing projects.
Detect and eliminate potential delivery risks or revenue leakages in advance.
Escalate major deviations from the project charter and drive process alignment.
Monitor project revenue realization and address OB (Order Booking) revenue gaps.
Share performance insights and escalation summaries with delivery leadership.
Provide feedback on utilization, realization, and project health during strategic reviews.
