Job Title: Quality Analyst (Fresher)
Location: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan

Job Type: Full-time, Fresher

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and Evaluate Calls: Listen to and assess inbound and outbound calls to evaluate customer interactions for quality, compliance, and accuracy.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide feedback and analysis on call quality and agent performance to supervisors and managers.
  • Coaching and Development: Offer coaching to agents based on evaluations, focusing on improving communication skills, product knowledge, and customer handling.
  • Quality Standards Adherence: Ensure that all customer interactions adhere to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Create Reports: Generate reports on call quality metrics, agent performance, and compliance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Identify Trends and Issues: Spot recurring issues in customer calls and escalate for process improvements or training needs.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and implement improvements.
  • Training Input: Contribute to refining training materials to ensure agents are equipped to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
  • Monitor Customer Satisfaction: Evaluate calls for customer satisfaction and provide feedback on improving interaction outcomes.
  • Confidentiality: Ensure all customer information and evaluations are handled confidentially and comply with data privacy regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
  • Experience: 1 year of total work experience (Preferred), 1 year in International voice process (Required)
  • Language: Fluent in English (Required)
