Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Data Analyst cum Presentation Design Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in extracting, analyzing, and presenting data from Tally ERP 9 and other sources. They will be responsible for generating actionable insights, creating comprehensive MIS reports, and designing compelling presentations for monthly and weekly review meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, analyze, and interpret data from Tally ERP 9 and other databases to identify business trends and performance metrics.
- Design and develop detailed MIS reports for monthly and weekly review meetings, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and relevance.
- Automate the process of generating MIS reports to streamline reporting and ensure timely availability of data.
- Create charts, graphs, and other visual representations of data using Excel and other tools to facilitate decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with department heads and stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide timely insights.
- Present findings, recommendations, and analysis to management and key stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Continuously improve data collection processes, reporting techniques, and presentation templates to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis, Excel tools, and presentation design.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in data analysis, presentation design, and data visualization.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and macros.
- Expertise in creating impactful presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint, with a strong eye for design and data visualization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey analysis and findings to diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in data reporting and presentation design.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly Tally ERP 9.
- Certification in data analysis, Excel, or presentation design would be advantageous.
- Previous experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry is a plus.
