Job Title: Full Stack Developer - 3-Month OJT Training Program with Job Offer

Pay: ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 per month during training, post-training salary starts at 1.2 LPA (with future salary revision)

Job Description:
WebMobi 360 is offering a 3-month On-the-Job Training (OJT) program for aspiring Full Stack Developers, with a direct transition to a full-time role upon successful completion. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop real-world skills while working on live projects with industry experts. Upon completion, you will be offered a full-time position with competitive compensation.
Program Details:
- Training Duration: 3 months (Unpaid)
- Training Fees: ₹25,000 INR for the 3-month training
- Post-Training Salary:
- First 6 months: 1.2 LPA
- Next 6 months: 2.2 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in live projects, collaborating with teams to deliver impactful solutions
- Develop skills using industry-standard tools and methodologies
- Assist in software development, data analysis, and business strategy
- Support cloud, DevOps, and network infrastructure projects

Qualifications:
