🔍 About the Role
Coditas is seeking passionate and detail-oriented QA Interns to join our dynamic team! This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals enthusiastic about software quality, curious about how systems work, and eager to launch their career in software testing.
As a QA Intern, you will gain practical experience in both manual and automation testing. You'll collaborate closely with experienced Software Development Engineers in Test (SDETs) and be introduced to industry tools, techniques, and workflows.
🧠 What You Will Learn
Manual Testing Fundamentals: Test case design, execution, and bug reporting
Automation Tools Introduction: Selenium, Postman, etc.
Basic Test Scripting: Understanding automation frameworks and writing basic scripts
Real-World Application Testing: Hands-on collaboration with SDETs
Development Lifecycle: Exposure to agile methodologies and modern software development processes
✅ Eligibility Criteria
Education:
BE/BTech or MSc in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, AI, or ML
MCA graduates also eligible
Year of Graduation: 2024 or 2025
Academic Performance: Minimum 65% or equivalent CGPA throughout academics
Skills & Mindset:
Basic understanding of testing and programming concepts
Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of automation and quality assurance

Full-Time Employment (FTE):
Outstanding interns may be offered a full-time role with a package of ₹4.5 LPA (fixed)
Subject to management decision and internship performance
Includes a 12-month service agreement. Early termination will result in a pro-rata penalty.
