    Refund and Cancellation Policy for CodersDaily LLP

We understand that there may be circumstances where you need to request a refund or cancel your enrollment. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy:

    1. Enrollment Cancellation:
    1.1 Course Withdrawal:
    • If you wish to withdraw from a course, you must notify us in writing or through our official communication channels.
    • Depending on the timing of your withdrawal, the following conditions will apply:
    • Cancellation within 7 days of enrollment: You are eligible for a full refund of the course fees.
    • Cancellation after 7 days of enrollment but before the course begins: A cancellation fee equal to 10% of the course fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
    • Cancellation after the course has commenced: No refunds will be provided, but you can choose to defer your enrollment to a future course (subject to availability) or transfer it to another student.
    1.2 Course Postponement or Rescheduling:
    • CodersDaily LLP reserves the right to reschedule or postpone a course due to unforeseen circumstances, including insufficient enrollments, faculty unavailability, or technical issues.
    • In the event of a course postponement or rescheduling, students will be given the option to transfer their enrollment to a later date or receive a full refund.
    2. Refund Process:
    • To request a refund, please contact us in writing at info@codersdaily.in within the stipulated timeframes mentioned above.
    • All refunds will be processed within 30 days of the refund request approval.
    • Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction.
    3. Course Cancellation by CodersDaily LLP:
    • In rare cases, CodersDaily LLP may have to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, including insufficient enrollments or faculty unavailability.
    • If a course is canceled by CodersDaily LLP, students will be offered the option to transfer their enrollment to another course or receive a full refund of the course fees.
    4. Non-Attendance or Incomplete Courses:
    • If a student does not attend a course or leaves it incomplete for any reason, they will not be eligible for a refund or transfer.
    5. Additional Notes:
    • The refund policy is subject to change, and any updates will be communicated to enrolled students.
    • Any third-party fees (e.g., payment gateway charges) are non-refundable.
