Job Title: Data Analyst
Department: Retail Banking
Job Purpose:
The Data Analyst is responsible for reviewing the performance of all retail asset products and continuously monitoring risk across the portfolio. This role involves automating processes and implementing tools and frameworks to comply with statutory guidelines, contributing to the bank's broader objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the portfolio and monitor the performance of all retail asset products, initiating key actions as needed.
- Develop, implement, and maintain automated reporting systems to manage and monitor risk across retail asset products.
- Support the implementation of Ind-AS (IFRS 9) by developing models for Probability of Default (PD), Loss Given Default (LGD), and Exposure at Default (EAD).
- Provide regular reporting of Expected Credit Loss (ECL) numbers for retail in accordance with the bank's approved policies.
- Develop ICAAP stress testing and loss forecasting models for retail assets.
- Prepare risk-related regulatory reports for various committees and authorities.
- Ensure adherence to guidelines set by the bank.
- Guarantee compliance with audit, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor macroeconomic developments and integrate relevant insights into business strategies.
- Review and validate scorecards for retail lending products, continuously monitoring their effectiveness.
Educational Qualifications:
- Graduation: Any relevant field
- Post-Graduation: Any relevant field
Experience:
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
