Job Description:
Davesmen India is hiring for the role of Manager - R&D. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing research and development activities, with a strong focus on electronics and communication systems.
Responsibilities:
Debug and troubleshoot hardware systems.
Design PCBs including schematic design, routing, and component selection.
Collaborate with customers, engineers, and professionals to ensure projects meet specifications and quality standards.
Analyze current processes and suggest improvements.
Investigate and analyze product failures for root cause and resolution.
Requirements:
Gender: Male candidates only.
Education: B.Tech / M.Tech in Electronics and Communication.
Experience:
Proven experience in designing, inspecting, testing, and updating electronic systems, components, equipment, and software.
Knowledge of coding; proficiency in Python is a plus.
Skills:
