Job Description:
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to analyze data from multiple sources, and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations for key stakeholders. They should be capable of highlighting areas for improvement and identifying potential concerns. The candidate must work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to execute tasks within defined timeframes while maintaining high service levels. A proactive attitude and a willingness to take responsibility beyond the assigned work area are advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
Be part of the operations team focusing on ‘Monitoring and Reporting’ across various platforms with base technical/network knowledge.
Utilize different tools to identify customer experience issues.
Troubleshoot server and front-end issues.
Conduct extensive quality checks while executing client requests.
Interact with client stakeholders to assess customer impact and issue severity.
Create daily and weekly reports based on alerts observed from different dashboards.
Develop and maintain documentation for new projects and undergo training for various activities.
Handle hands-on execution tasks daily, including platform monitoring, alert handling, issue drilling, and report creation using various platforms, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Validate insights and data by interacting with client stakeholders.
Required Skills:
Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Development skills are an added advantage.
Basic technical and network knowledge to assist in troubleshooting server issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required.
