Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.
Analyze and comprehend existing SAP HANA SQL logic and procedures to identify conversion opportunities and optimization strategies for ADH Databricks SPARK SQL.
Create clear and concise user documentation for developed code, data transformations, and performance enhancements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data processing, performance optimization, and cloud technologies.
Mandatory Skills:
Proficiency in Apache Spark, Databricks, and Spark SQL for data processing and transformation.
Expertise in building data pipelines using Azure Databricks platform.
Strong understanding of data models, including star and snowflake schema structures.
Experience with performance tuning and query optimization in Spark SQL.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, and their data services.
Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to advanced analytics and machine learning models.
Experience working alongside data science teams.
Familiarity with data normalization and denormalization principles.
