Job Summary
Join Operations Analytics within Citi AIM (Analytics & Insights Management) vertical.
Perform comprehensive analysis of existing processes, create detailed workflows and maps.
Develop strategic automation solutions to replace manual controls in back-office functions such as Core Operations, Collections, and Recoveries.
Support senior analysts in requirements gathering, data analysis, and solution development.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed analyses of current operational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Use SQL and SAS programming for data extraction, manipulation, and validation.
Understand process mapping and identify automation opportunities.
Design and develop workflows and automation logic using SAS, SQL, and workflow tools.
Participate in testing and quality assurance to ensure high-quality project delivery.
Assist senior analysts in project activities like requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Document business processes, analyze data, and prepare reports to aid decision-making.
Assist with testing, documentation, and preparation of training materials.
Qualifications
2-5 years of experience with a Master’s degree or 4-7 years with a Bachelor’s degree.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in process mapping and workflow automation tools.
Coding expertise in SAS and SQL; Autosys package knowledge is a plus.
Experience with big data platforms is advantageous.
Good banking domain knowledge preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude.
Proficiency in SAS, SQL, RDBMS integration, API usage.
Familiarity with low-code automation tools like Xceptor, Appian, and RPA tools.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or Excel dashboards.
