Role Overview

As a Right Shore Sales Operations Analyst at Teradata, you will support sales management cadence for specific sales units, manage Salesforce CRM data, build and optimize Power BI dashboards, and contribute to sales operations activities to improve efficiency and forecasting.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Support UNIT sales management cadence aligned to specific sales units.

  2. Own and contribute to worldwide projects and initiatives as part of a small analyst team.

  3. Manage Salesforce.com data: contact records, opportunity management, user permissions, duplicate accounts, and ARR category changes.

  4. Build, manage, and optimize Power BI dashboards integrating multiple data sources (Salesforce, Excel, SharePoint) for automated sales reporting and forecasting.

  5. Perform regular CRM data audits to maintain data quality.

  6. Support daily sales operations: pipeline hygiene, territory alignment, quota tracking, and reporting.

  7. Assist in annual territory planning with UNIT Sales Operations Managers (SOMS).

  8. Provide data analysis and reporting support for quarterly business reviews.

  9. Report to the Right Shore Operations Team Leader.

  1. UNIT Sales Operations Managers (SOMS)

  2. Operations teams and cross-functional departments

  3. Senior management


Minimum Requirements

  1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  2. Analytical and problem-solving skills to enhance sales processes.

  3. Proficiency in Salesforce.com and database tools (Power BI).

  4. Experience running reports, updating filters, and creating dashboards.

  5. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts).

  6. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or related field.


Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience in sales operations roles.

  2. Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and dashboards.

  3. Power BI certification or equivalent training (advantageous).
