Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Mobile App / Android Developer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Android development. The candidate will develop and maintain high-quality Android applications and work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Android applications using Java and Kotlin.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to create responsive and feature-rich apps.
Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services such as Firebase, Google Maps, and Payment Gateways.
Work with local databases (SQLite, Room) and remote data sources.
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code with proper documentation.
Debug, test, and improve application performance to ensure smooth user experience.
Stay updated with the latest Android trends, tools, and technologies.
Manage the app release process and publishing to Google Play Store.
Required Skills
2 – 4 years of hands-on experience in Android app development.
Proficient in Java and Kotlin.
Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Android Studio, and design principles.
Experience with Firebase, Push Notifications, and Background Services.
Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.
Experience with Room, SQLite, and Jetpack Components.
Familiarity with MVVM architecture and data binding.
Knowledge of Git for version control.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Bonus Skills
Knowledge of Flutter, React Native, or other cross-platform tools.
Experience with Google Play Console, app releases, and versioning.
Understanding of in-app purchases, app monetization, and analytics integration.
Exposure to Agile development and project management tools.
Awareness of mobile security best practices and performance optimization techniques.
