Position: Java Full Stack Developer
Location: Bangalore Office
Sitero is seeking organized and ambitious Java Full Stack Developers to join our Bangalore office. The role involves sourcing project requirements, selecting the most suitable software solutions, and ensuring error-free development. You will also be responsible for creating well-presented and engaging final products. Success in this role requires proficiency in Java, Spring, and the Spring Boot Framework.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Development Lifecycle: Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Code Quality: Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code.
- Design Compliance: Ensure designs comply with specifications.
- Software Releases: Prepare and produce releases of software components.
- Continuous Improvement: Support ongoing improvement by exploring alternatives and new technologies and presenting them for architectural review.
- Software Solutions: Utilize Java and AWS infrastructure to develop software solutions that meet client requirements.
- Collaboration: Work with colleagues to facilitate the development of large, complex projects.
- Code Reformulation: Refactor existing code to adhere to guidelines.
- Error Checking: Review code to detect and resolve errors and omissions.
- Testing: Test outputs to ensure they are functioning correctly.
- User Experience: Ensure outputs are visually appealing, user-friendly, and engaging.
- Deployment: Deploy developments and monitor their reception by the target audience.
- Client Feedback: Use client feedback to inform future versions of the software.
- Technological Awareness: Stay updated on coding and technological changes that could impact your work.
Education and Experience Required
- Degree: Engineering degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field.
- Experience: 5–8 years of prior experience as a Java Developer.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and expertise in SQL and data modeling.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as jQuery, jQuery UI, Bootstrap, Angular, or React frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with ColdFusion is a plus.

Commitments
- Standard Hours: 40 hours per week, one hour lunch break, Monday – Friday. Additional hours as needed.
