We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Technology Specialist with strong expertise in SRE, AWS, Terraform, Python, Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving automation, infrastructure stability, and scalability across cloud and on-prem environments. This hybrid role requires flexibility for rotational shifts but involves no travel.
Ensure the stability, performance, and availability of infrastructure systems.
Design and implement infrastructure automation to eliminate repetitive tasks.
Manage and optimize relational databases, particularly RDS (MS SQL), ensuring integrity and high availability.
Use SQL for executing complex queries and performing detailed data analysis.
Apply Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC) to automate provisioning and scaling.
Build and manage cloud environments using core AWS services such as RDS, Elastic Beanstalk, and EKS.
Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate infrastructure and operations workflows.
Monitor infrastructure components using appropriate SRE tools and resolve system-level issues proactively.
Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to deliver integrated infrastructure solutions.
Guide team members and provide expert advice on infrastructure and DevOps practices.
Enforce best practices related to cloud security, compliance, and governance.
Participate in 24/7 on-call support rotation to ensure infrastructure reliability.
Continuously assess new technologies and implement enhancements to infrastructure systems.
Maintain up-to-date documentation for all infrastructure systems and procedures.
Strong background in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) with practical experience in enterprise environments.
Proficiency in designing and implementing automation solutions using Python and other scripting tools.
Deep understanding of SQL and relational database management systems (especially AWS RDS – MS SQL).
Extensive hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and lifecycle management.
Solid experience with AWS services, including but not limited to RDS, Elastic Beanstalk, EKS, EC2, and IAM.
Good knowledge of Azure DevOps pipelines and deployment strategies.
Familiarity with Kubernetes architecture, deployment, and scaling.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex infrastructure challenges.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities to work in cross-functional environments.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts as part of global operations support.
Commitment to continuous learning and technology adoption.
Strong focus on security, compliance, and governance across infrastructure environments.
Experience mentoring junior team members and fostering skill development.
