About the Role

  1. Join the Global Regional Expansion team to build scalable, secure, and regionally optimized financial services.

  2. Help design and implement solutions to support remittance expansion into new markets.

  3. Contribute to system performance, scalability, and compliance for international transactions.

  4. Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs.


Responsibilities

  1. Design, develop, and deploy scalable and secure backend services.

  2. Build APIs, microservices, and distributed systems to support global remittance operations.

  3. Improve system performance, reliability, and architecture for new market needs.

  4. Solve technical challenges in compliance, transaction processing, and partner integration.

  5. Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code.

  6. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning.

  7. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues ensuring high availability.

  8. Stay updated with industry trends and contribute to innovation.


Requirements

  1. 2+ years of experience in backend software development and distributed systems.

  2. Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Go, or equivalent languages.

  3. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

  4. Understanding of APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture.

  5. Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

  6. Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases.

  7. Interest in fintech regulations, security, and compliance (preferred).
