Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Engineer to manage and develop our complete web infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of recent, hands-on experience in full-stack technologies.
This role covers UI implementation, API development, system architecture, and CI/CD pipeline setup.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement the overall web architecture.
Build and deploy scalable web services (REST/SOAP) using Spring/Spring Boot.
Develop robust backend systems using Java and Node.js.
Collaborate across teams using Agile methodology throughout the SDLC.
Adopt and enforce industry standards, best practices, and frameworks.
Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, uDeploy, uRelease, and Code Console.
Lead and mentor junior engineers and new joiners.
Must-Have Skills:
Strong front-end development experience using JSP, Node.js/AngularJS, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
Proficient in Java microservices or web service development using Spring/Spring Boot.
2 to 3 years of experience in Python development.
Skilled in CI/CD using Docker, Jenkins, uDeploy, and Code Console.
Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL database concepts.
Experience with Agile development processes.
Excellent verbal, written, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Prior team leadership or mentoring experience is preferred.
Good-to-Have Skills:
Familiarity with Snowflake, ElasticSearch, or MongoDB.
Knowledge of Kafka ecosystem (brokers, zookeepers, Kafka Connect, schema registry, KSQL, REST Proxy, Kafka Control Center).
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
Exposure to integration tools like MuleSoft or TIBCO.
