Job Title: Lab Technician – Urgent Requirement

Shift: Day shift, Morning shift, Monday to Friday, Weekend availability
Key Responsibilities:
Perform sample collection, preparation, labeling, and processing as per standard protocols.
Conduct routine laboratory tests including blood, plasma, and other biological samples.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
Record and report test results accurately to concerned personnel.
Maintain proper documentation, logs, and inventory of laboratory consumables and reagents.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines at all times.
Assist in quality control and calibration of instruments.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the lab workspace.
Collaborate with senior technicians, scientists, and medical professionals as needed.
Keep up-to-date with lab procedures and compliance standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
BMLT / DMLT (Bachelor’s or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology) from a recognized institute or BSc with hands-on experience in phlebotomy.
6 months to 1 year of practical laboratory experience.
Familiarity with basic laboratory techniques and diagnostic procedures.
Knowledge of sample collection and handling procedures.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to follow instructions.
Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
