Academic Research Assistant / Scholar (Male)

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
Schedule: Day shift, Monday - Saturday
Job Responsibilities:
- Program Coordination: Ensure adherence to policies and guidelines in educational or student service programs.
- Program Evaluation: Assess programs and recommend improvements as needed.
- Administrative Support: Perform assigned responsibilities for the program.
- Training & Supervision: Train and oversee student instructors.
- Curriculum Development: Draft and develop program/course materials.
- Student & Client Support: Provide program-related information and serve as a spokesperson.
- Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain mandatory program records.
- Event Coordination: Organize meetings, conferences, and special activities.
- Collaboration: Work with schools, departments, faculty members, and other stakeholders.
- Other Duties: Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with two years of related experience.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of computer applications.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage people and projects effectively.
Additional Details:
- Experience Required:
- 1 year of experience as a Research Assistant/Scholar (preferred).
- 1 year of experience in computer skills (preferred).
- Location Requirement: Candidates must be based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
