Job Description
Develop digital consumer experiences using Adobe Marketing Cloud products including AEM 6.5.
Define solution architecture for global customer engagement and content platforms with integrations such as Adobe Analytics, Target, Campaign Manager, and more.
Build features like multi-site and multi-channel delivery, personalization, syndication, multilingual support, automated workflows, and social media integration.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to AEM implementations.
Interact with clients to establish detailed architecture and content solution specifications.
Guide senior developers on design and technical implementation.
Establish and enforce design and development processes, standards, and quality benchmarks.
Define best practices for performance, scalability, and security on digital platforms.
Lead development teams of 20+ across frontend, backend, QA, and project management.
Plan and estimate delivery timelines for Adobe-based projects.
Experience Guidelines
15+ years total experience with at least 8 years in AEM and Adobe Cloud products.
Expert knowledge of AEM architecture including Maven, OSGi, Sling, Sightly, Oak, and Dispatcher.
Implemented search engines like Solr, Lucene, or GSA within AEM.
Strong Java knowledge including J2SE, Servlets, JSP, JSTL, and Tag Libraries.
Hands-on experience with performance and security testing aligned with OWASP guidelines.
Integrated systems such as Salesforce, SSO, LDAP, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Familiar with frontend stacks including Bootstrap, React, Angular, jQuery, and HTML/CSS.
Understand infrastructure setup with ELB, CDN, Apache, Disaster Recovery, etc.
Delivered SEO-friendly, accessible, and monitored AEM systems.
Used CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, SonarQube, automation frameworks, and enforced coding standards.
Senior Developer
Job Description
Develop components, templates, OSGi modules using JSP and HTL in AEM 6.5.
Be hands-on with Adobe Marketing Cloud products and core AEM development.
Create Maven archetypes, use front-end tools (JS frameworks, CSS), and backend (JEE, Sling, OSGi).
Deliver end-to-end solutions that meet customer and stakeholder requirements.
Produce detailed technical design documents and component interaction diagrams.
Apply best practices for reusable and efficient component development.
Maintain high standards for performance, availability, and scalability.
Drive coding best practices including code quality, test coverage, and modularity.
Mentor and guide junior developers in the team.
Implement and test DAM integration and Java object model designs.
Experience Guidelines
3 to 6 years total experience with at least 3 years in AEM development.
Built templates, components, Sling servlets, and services across at least 4 AEM projects.
Developer
Job Description
Build AEM components, templates, and workflows using HTL and JSP.
Design and test Java-based object models and implement DAM features.
Work with frontend technologies (Advanced JS, CSS), backend frameworks (JEE, Sling, OSGi), and modern build tools (Maven, Node, NPM).
Develop RESTful services and integrate AEM modules with external systems.
Experience Guidelines
2 to 3 years total experience with at least 1 year in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.5).
Delivered AEM templates and components in at least 2 successful projects.
