We are hiring a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with 3-8 years of experience in building and deploying cutting-edge AI and ML models. Key Responsibilities
AI/ML Model Development
Design and deploy robust machine learning models using Python-based tools.Apply advanced algorithms including ensemble methods and reinforcement learning.Deep Learning Implementation
Generative AI & LLMs
Work with Generative AI models and integrate LLM APIs for inferencing.Data Handling
Perform preprocessing and feature engineering with Pandas, NumPy.Model Optimization
Perform cross-validation, hyperparameter tuning, and metric-based performance evaluation.Visualization & Reporting
Communicate insights through data visualizations using Seaborn, Matplotlib.API & Deployment
Develop REST APIs using Django, Flask, or FastAPI for model deployment.Version Control
Use Git/GitHub for code collaboration and version management.(Optional) Big Data Integration
Work with Hadoop or Apache Spark for handling large-scale datasets.Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong programming skills in Python.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML libraries – Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch.
Advanced understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning architectures.
Experience with GANs, LSTMs, Transformers.
Familiarity with LLM APIs and Generative AI frameworks.
Proficient in SQL and NoSQL database management.
Expertise in Matplotlib and Seaborn for data visualization.
Sound knowledge of model evaluation, tuning, and validation techniques.
Proven experience in building REST APIs using Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in LLM training and fine-tuning.
Familiarity with Big Data tools like Hadoop and Apache Spark.
