Job Description: AI/ML Engineer

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to develop and implement applications and systems utilizing AI tools and Cloud AI services. This role involves creating production-ready application pipelines and integrating advanced AI models into solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data science and hands-on experience with various AI and machine learning techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Solutions Development: Design and develop applications and systems that leverage AI tools, including GenAI models, for various applications such as deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing.
• Pipeline Creation: Build and maintain cloud or on-prem application pipelines with production-ready quality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI projects. Provide solutions to problems and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
• Technical Leadership: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), managing the team’s performance and guiding technical decisions. Ensure adherence to best practices in development and deployment.
• Code Development: Write, test, and debug container-based code. Integrate applications with third-party web services and support the scaling of architecture for AI models.
• Data Management: Support data needs for model training, including data pre-processing, and manage model architectures and security reviews.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must-Have Skills:
  • Proficiency in Data Science with a strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering.
  • Expertise in Python for developing production-ready applications, including libraries such as scikit-learn, numpy, and pandas.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with AI techniques including deep learning and image processing.
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization tools (Docker).
  • Knowledge of APIs using Python frameworks (Flask, Falcon, Django) and data handling tools like Apache SOLR and MongoDB.
  • Experience with background task queues (Celery, Rabbit MQ) and DevOps practices including GIT, Jenkins, and Swagger.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Science.
• Educational Qualification: 15 years of full-time education is required.
• Location: This position is based in Bengaluru.
