Job Description: AI / ML Engineer

Position Overview: We are seeking an AI / ML Engineer with expertise in Agile Testing to develop and refine applications and systems that leverage AI tools and Cloud AI services. This role involves ensuring that AI and machine learning solutions meet production-ready quality standards and may include working with GenAI models, deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Testing Execution: Execute test cases, report defects, and ensure system components function correctly and meet quality standards.
Test Planning: Assist in the creation of test plans and test cases, focusing on functional, regression, and performance testing.
Documentation: Document test results and provide constructive feedback to the development team.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Tester and other team members to address issues and ensure high-quality outcomes.
AI/ML Integration: Apply AI tools and Cloud AI services effectively, ensuring integration and functionality within applications.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in Agile processes and adapt testing strategies based on iterative development cycles and feedback.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Agile Testing methodologies.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Hands-on experience implementing various machine learning algorithms.
- Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Knowledge of deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing techniques.
- Experience in integrating AI solutions into production environments.

Additional Information:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required.
Educational Qualification: Minimum of 15 years of full-time education required.
