Position Summary:

We are seeking an innovative and hands-on Senior AI Solutions Architect to join our IT organization. In this role, you will be a key player in delivering advanced AI and digital solutions. Working within a cross-functional team of Systems and Solution Architects, you will drive large-scale AI initiatives and implement cutting-edge AI technologies across the organization.

This role requires extensive experience in AI solution design and implementation, software development, and a collaborative mindset to partner with business leaders to advance technological innovations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product and solution management teams to understand and translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.
• Lead exploratory projects to identify new opportunities for AI applications across the organization.
• Evaluate and integrate new AI tools and technologies to enhance existing systems.
• Provide thought leadership in AI and data science to shape the vision and roadmap for AI projects.
• Contribute to architectural reviews and implementation of AI solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Deliver detailed design specifications and ensure proposed architectures meet both functional and non-functional system requirements.
• Lead and mentor other subject matter experts (SMEs) and architects in AI solution design.
• Effectively communicate design concepts to customers and project stakeholders.
• Stay updated on technical advancements and industry trends to continually improve expertise.

Qualifications:

• Experience with AI frameworks such as Azure OpenAI and Amazon Bedrock AI.
• Proficiency in data science programming languages, including Python and R.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Copilot M365 is advantageous.
• Knowledge of cloud data platform technologies such as Snowflake.
• Hands-on experience with development and collaboration tools like Azure DevOps and JIRA.
