Data Management: Identify data requirements, address data issues, manage project timelines, and offer guidance on data submission processes.
Quality Assurance: Execute tasks with precision and accuracy, self-review work to minimize rework, and maintain high-quality standards.
Service Level Agreements (SLA): Ensure compliance with all agreed-upon SLAs and propose solutions for improvement where necessary.
Customer Interaction: Engage with clients to clarify project requirements, handle escalations, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Knowledge Management: Regularly review and update process documentation to maintain a current repository of process documents.
Process Reengineering & Optimization: Continuously seek and implement process improvement ideas, take corrective actions based on reviews, and monitor billing to meet financial objectives.
Training & Certification: Complete required training promptly and provide feedback on training and certification methodologies to ensure proper skill development.
Special Projects: Participate in special projects and undertake additional duties as assigned.
401K Domain Knowledge: Possess a good understanding of the 401K domain, including basic principles from a functional/business perspective, such as ASPPA RPF.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using Excel formulas, running database queries, handling exceptions, and executing processes.
