Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Business Development (BD) Analyst with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Competitor Analysis, Business Analysis & Planning, User & Market Research, and Market Research. Experience in Branch Banking is a plus. This role involves analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth competitor analysis to uncover market trends and identify business opportunities.
• Develop comprehensive business analysis and planning strategies to support organizational objectives.
• Perform user and market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Analyze market data to pinpoint potential areas for growth and development.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on research findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective business strategies.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of business strategies, making adjustments as necessary.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate research findings and strategic recommendations.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies informed by market research.
• Support the sales team with market insights and data to enhance sales strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and market research.
• Utilize various tools and techniques to conduct thorough market research.
• Ensure alignment of all research and analysis activities with the company’s objectives.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills with experience in Competitor Analysis, Business Analysis & Planning, User & Market Research, and Market Research.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in market research tools and software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.
• Experience in Branch Banking is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
