Job Overview:

• Manage commercial analytics projects, focusing on marketing mix, forecasting, segmentation, decision trees, and performance analytics for customers and brands, utilizing Python, R, and SAS.
• Work on diverse projects, including promotional return (ROI) analysis, resource and price optimization, and physician/patient profiling.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of consumer offerings, proprietary databases, and analytical techniques to effectively support client-facing stakeholders, primarily in Europe and the U.S.
• Efficiently handle small and large datasets, selecting the appropriate technology for data processing (e.g., Excel, SAS, Python). Serve as an analytics technology champion within the team.
• Present findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders, emphasizing business implications.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality control for project deliveries, even under tight deadlines.
• Conduct advanced analytical analyses, including hierarchical modeling, Bayesian hierarchical modeling, linear and non-linear optimization techniques, RNN, and CNN.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree or certification in a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Mandatory expertise in SAS, R, and Python; experience with data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively across the organization to achieve team objectives.
• Understanding of fundamental business processes and their interactions, along with the impact of internal and external factors on decision-making and growth.
• Familiarity with consulting methods, tools, and techniques relevant to your functional area.
• Awareness of current events in the industry and insights into major competitors.
• Knowledge of the marketplace, including professional associations, key individuals, and companies.
• Strong time management skills.
